  • Manages all content appearing on dertour.rs and other affiliate websites
  • Gathers content from Dertour sources (publications, travel catalogs and direct marketing) and creates digital articles and photo galleries
  • Enters content into the CMS tool and tags, associates with other content (text, graphics or photo)
  • Creates, writes and designs new online content and pages as needed
  • Manages the Dertour written style guide
  • Curates a wide-variety of content from a variety of internal sources
  • Educates and encourages managerial content input from Dertour experts and Suppliers using social media and user generated content tools
  • Adheres to production schedules, managing the articles from conception to completion, including: fact-check and copy-edit changes within the CMS tool; writing captions, checking credit lines, and making all necessary editing corrections for clarity and length after entry into the CMS
  • Stays abreast of timely news relevant to Dertour, developing and maintaining contacts both internally with colleagues in other departments and externally with travel suppliers as well as public relations contacts in the travel industry
  • Collaborates with Dertour graphic designers on possible art and photo options for articles, ensuring all copyright issues are observed
  • Travels occasionally for meetings and training as necessary

Potrebne kvalifikacije: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, or communications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a web manager at a media organization
  • Solid managerial judgment
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proficiency in CMS tool, MSOffice, Internet
  • Experience as Community Manager for consumer-facing website
  • Experience managing brand guidelines and content strategy guidelines
  • Knowledge of digital media technology, particularly content-management tools
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and SEO, additional SEO strategy experience a plus
  • Knowledge of socially generated/earned content a plus
  • Experience editing video and creating slideshows a plus
  • Solid knowledge of geography, cultural events, and international travel
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve in a deadline-driven environment
  • Personable, professional team player
