- journalists and / or editorial experience working on TV
- knowledge of all phases of creating television shows and entertainment content
- experience in the creation and editing of television shows and entertainment content
- experience of editing recorded TV material
- ability to readily written and oral expression
- communicativeness
- creativity
- broad general culture and specific knowledge related to entertainment, lifestyle and culture
- cooperation in dealing with people
- a high level of expertise
- time management and meeting deadlines
- good coping with stressful situations
- managerial skills and expanding the circle of acquaintances
- excellent knowledge of English language
