Media Intelligence Agency [from here on MIA] is a young company, comprised of young professionals. We are providing our clients with media and political analyses, on a daily basis and we are looking to hire a young, highly motivated person for position of ELECTRONIC MEDIA MONITOR

Purpose and Scope of the Position:
The main responsibility of the Electronic Media monitor is to keep the MIA clients informed about the content and tone of the coverage of the BiH electronic media in and on Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, paying particular attention to items that relate to the clients and their activities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Produce in writing a media monitoring report to the MIA clients informing them of the relevant stories in the two out of six BiH electronic media selected to be monitored (Radio Herceg Bosna, BHTV, FTV, RTRS, TV Hayat, TV Pink);
- Monitor, tape and produce in writing summaries of the BHTV, FTV and RTRS late news as requested;
- Verbally report on the TV coverage of certain political and other issues to authorized MIA officers;
- Perform daily media monitoring/administrative tasks at MIA Office as requested;
- Produce in writing summaries/ word-by-word transcripts of the political Radio/TV magazines such as FTV FTV 60 Minutes, OBN Telering, FTV Posteno, RTRS Pecat, RTRS Oci u Oci, RTRS Aktualni Razgovor, BN Puls, and others as requested.
