Political appointments, pressures and self-censorship leave little space for media integrity at Bosnia and Herzegovina's Sarajevo Canton Television (TVSA).

About 30 million KM are transferred every year from the budgets of government institutions into the accounts of public and private media outlets in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

$100 million has been spent on media in BiH and there is still precious little to show for it.
